Both Instructor Training version offer access to the Online Course — 9 hours of on-demand content with videos, workbook with extensive research references, assessments and interactive learning. (You must complete the online coursework before meeting on Zoom or in person.) Online Course itself does not include membership or ability to teach the material unless purchased separately which includes a brief test-out on Zoom and insurance submission.
The Livestream version meets on Zoom over 4 days for an additional 9 hours total. Led by Rebekah and a faculty member, it includes additional lectures, curriculum, and demos, a workout experience, teaching practice, discussions, and practical test-out. It requires full attendance unless permission is granted in advance to miss a portion. All who pass receive one year free membership after insurance submission.
The In-Person course meets in person over 2 days for an additional 10.5 hours, plus another 1.5 hours of pre-study coursework in additional to access to our 10 Day Challenge and workouts from our Online Studio to practice. Led by either Rebekah or a faculty member, it includes additional lectures, curriculum, and demos, a workout experience, teaching practice, discussions and practical test-out, and includes our advanced training, Buff Bones® Stepping Stones with its own online and in-person curriculum. It requires full attendance unless permission is granted in advance to miss a portion. All who pass receive one year free membership after insurance submission.
We offer The Online Course as a standalone for $597 for those who cannot attend the Livestream or In-Person course, or who wish to learn the material for their personal knowledge. This does not include membership or the ability to teach the material or use the brand. As an exercise professional wanting to teach the material and access Membership benefits, you would receive additional video recordings for further curriculum, schedule a test-out with Rebekah, and submit your insurance requirement for an additional $275.
During the instructor training you will learn the Buff Bones® system of exercise for bone and joint health with its research-supported design.

The Buff Bones® Membership is free for the first year to who attend the Livestream and In-Person versions of the Buff Bones® Instructor Training course and pass the exams. Those who take the Online course only may purchase the membership and test-out for an additional USD$275 upon completion of the course.

The Buff Bones® Instructor Training is open to various movement and exercise specialists including Pilates, yoga, movement and group fitness instructors, as well as personal trainers and physical therapists (physios). Attendees should familiarize themselves with basic traditional Pilates mat exercises prior to the course. Those who are not exercise professionals and have no professional liability insurance may only attend for their personal knowledge.
All who complete the Livestream training course will receive a total of 22 NPCP CECs and the In-Person course will receive 25 NPCP CECs.
All who successfully complete the Online training course alone will receive 13 NPCP CEC’s.
We offer the Buff Bones® Tutoring option for anyone whom we’d like to see practice the material, their teaching skills, and/or embodiment and demonstration of the exercises. This includes A) attending a BB Zoom class open to the public at no charge; B) working privately with a faculty member for a series of sessions on Zoom to improve the specific skills identified. Payment goes directly to the faculty member for their time, and at a rate discounted below their normal prices. Our goal is to elevate you to the point of joining our community of movement specialists!
After the first year, there is a USD$115 annual fee or $15 monthly fee to maintain your Buff Bones® membership, which permits you to continue using the brand and teaching the Buff Bones® system, and having all the other membership benefits. This includes access to our comprehensive membership portal of the online video library of Buff Bones® programming and lectures for continuing education, biannual livestream Zoom workshops with Rebekah and guest presenters, marketing materials, bone health outreach guidance, as well as a member forum with video tips and bone health updates, in addition to listing on our web site in the Instructor Finder area.
If you do not maintain your membership, you must terminate all promotion and teaching of Buff Bones®, and you will lose access to our Membership portal and all Membership benefits. You may once again promote and teach Buff Bones® and regain Membership benefits if you take our online curriculum for a reduced fee.
The Livestream Instructor Training is $847 which includes the workbook and Online course. Early-bird discount of $100 is available if you pay four weeks prior to the course start date.
The In-Person Instructor Training is $1197 in the U.S. which includes the workbook and Online course as well as our advanced training Buff Bones® Stepping Stones involving additional online curriculum, and it offers 25 hours of education. Early-bird discount of $200 is available if you pay six weeks prior to the course start date.
The Online Training (see question above) is $597 and is for personal knowledge only; once successfully completed (with assessments passed) you will have access to all the Online course materials for an entire year. Membership and ability to teach the material is not included and is available for an additional $275 which includes private online testout with and feedback from Rebekah.
